 - The sole reason this company was erected for is the love and passion for underground music. By spreading underground music and merchandise we are spreading a rebellious spirit to people who are not afraid to stand out of the masses. The power of Rebellionshop.com / Total Underground is that we are very accessible. We are active in different bands, run a shop (Tilburg, Holland), sell on numerous fests and shows, run a record label and are present on lots of underground internet forums. We are not some dodgy, anonymous webshop but we are very present and active in the underground music scene. For the greater part of our customers this creates a bond of trust. If you have a problem, a question, or just a remark about your order, don’t hesitate to contact us through the contact button on our website and we will help you the best we can!

Returns:

- If the ordered size of a clothing item is too smal or too big, we can send you another size. You must ship the ordered item back on your own expenses. As soon as the item arrives at our warehouse we ship out the replacement item. The best way is to contact us before you ship an item back so we can check if the requested new size is available

- If the ordered items are not exactly what you have ordered and you think it is our mistake you can claim a re-fund. We are always willing to help and willing to look for the best possible solution. Note that re-funds are only being done after we have received back the items that you claim a re-fund for. Always contact us first

Shipping:

- We do ship worldwide. After you have placed your order we will send you an email with the payment information and with the calcaluted shipping costs for your order to you address. On the startpage of our webshop are the shipping rates for Holland and the rest of Europe. For all other area’s we will calculate the shipping costs and send it to your email address

- We use TNT (regular post) and GLS to ship our parcels.
